Dear Sirs,
We received the medium latex layer as requested so I am returning the soft layer. Thank you so much for the speedy delivery. I am sleeping well with my original configuration of Soft-medium-firm. I let my husband try my medium which left me with two soft layers and one firm. We are both happy now with our individual configurations. It amazed me how many different ways we could arrange these six layers. Actually we quit trying once my husband slept on his medium-firm-medium setup. I'll tell you soft-soft-firm too soft and soft-firm soft was too firm for me. Amazing what one change can make. I doubt that you couldn't satisfy even the pickiest of customers.
You satisfied my husband and believe me that means a lot! Once again, thank you for your wonderful service in the original purchase and in the exchange of the layer. I will be happy to recommend the Sleep EZ latex mattress to anyone!

This is to tell how much we love our Sleep EZ Mattress. Our story begins 47 years ago as newlyweds. Latex foam mattresses were touted as being the best. At that time, Dominic suffered from asthma and the foam mattress was a plus due to its non-allergenic, mold-free and mite-resistant qualities. It was the best $500 we ever spent! Years passed and, in 1987, we planned for our retirement a move from Michigan to the West Coast. Naturally, after 35 years of use, the cover on our mattress was beginning to fray and we decided not to ship the mattress along with our furniture to California. What a mistake!! We purchased two different mattresses during the four years we were in California and, upon relocating to Arizona in 1991, we began our quest for a good mattress, never losing hope of finding a real latex foam mattress. Well, we purchased two different mattresses again, having to support them with bed boards, but we still longed for a latex mattress. Everywhere we went, we were told that latex foam mattresses were not available. Then, one day we saw your tiny ad in the AZ Republic. We were elated!! We immediately went down to your Goodyear store and couldn't believe our good fortune in finding a true latex mattress. We've had it for almost four years now and absolutely love it! In fact, we told our neighbors, Sal & Carolyn DeFuria about it and they also purchased a set! They, too, are sold on their Sleep EZ latex foam mattress.

In January 2005 I ordered a queen latex mattress set with a quilted cover through your Goodyear store. My neighbors Dominic and Connie Colombo on whose recommendation I used, persuaded me to go with Sleep EZ Factory Direct. In the beginning we had a few wrinkles to iron out, which eventually we did, but through the tenacious stamina of your son, Shawn, I was able to end up with a superior latex mattress set and I am completely satisfied. Frankly, Shawn was a real joy to work with, when you work with people in business it makes a difference who goes the extra mile to satisfy their customers, and your staff is superior to anyone I have ever dealt with. Whatever my concerns were, Shawn was always stating we will make it right, and he did. I would recommend your company over all the others because of the ability of your staff to recognize customer service. Again, it was a real pleasure from the time I walked into your store until the final details were worked out, thanks again for having such pleasant, mannerly and professional personnel.

My husband and I would like to tell you how much we "LOVE" our new custom made 8 ft. round latex mattress!! After sleeping on our latex mattress for just a few months I can't believe we put up with a waterbed for 29 years! What a difference this mattress has made in getting a good nights sleep. It is so comfortable and you can move around with out disturbing your partner. You and your staff did a wonderful job customizing our round bed to fit in our round bedroom. Dear Larry:
Just wanted to let you know how much we have enjoyed the new Latex mattress.
You had said, it would take a couple of days to get used to the new mattress. I have to tell you the very first night we slept on the Latex mattress it was wonderful. Fred has had back problems most of his adult life and used to wake up with a backache every morning. He has not had a backache since we purchased the new Latex mattress.

It has been a year since we bought our Latex mattress set from your store and I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the bed. It really was the best investment we ever made!
I don't know how a mattress can be so supportive for the back and yet be so soft and comfortable at the same time, but somehow this product provides both of these qualities. One of life's unsolved mysteries.
As you know, I have recommended your product to several of my friends, and all reports indicate they are highly satisfied with the Latex mattresses they purchased from you and also very gratified at the considerable savings in price which you offer.
Since this is a lifetime mattress, my only problem is designating who is to receive it under my Will. Thank you so much for your high quality product and efficient customer service!

My Phoenix visit is not one that I have found much to enjoy or appreciate, however, doing business with your company has been a bright spot. From my own experience, almost anyone can build a good mattress, almost anyone can make money selling them. Very few people can assemble a personnel base that operates as well or nearly as flawless as you have.
... I have had interface so far with six people in your organization. So often in a business, the person handling one function has a tendency to diminish the value of the person in another function. It seems to me, the people in every function complement the people in other functions and appears to value the contributions of all other parts of your business. I don't know how much effort went into assembling the group you have, but very, very few small organizations could improve on yours. However it happened, you are to be complimented. Nothing appears to be a problem to your people. From Nancy, Rick, Shawn and your drivers, they know what part of the job is theirs, and they respond to the customer with a 100% spirit of "YES! we can do that," even if it must be followed with a little bit of adjustment to match the Organization's capabilities to the Customer's needs.
